Don Enrique uses the state-of-the-art ovens that allow total control of temperature and humidity at each level. Even our ovens come from Spain! The rice is cooked in our “paelleras” (traditional Spanish paella pan brought from Spain). Therefore, our finished product preserves its original flavor and texture.
Two hard-working brothers integrate Don Enrique’s original team. Quique is the Executive Chef. He is in charge of our recipes, and he’s the boss inside the kitchen. Dani is our CEO and also the Director of marketing and communications.
